We will explore the expressive arts through a Drawing technique developed by Deborah Koff-Chapin. A meditative process that explores Soulful exploration and representation. You need no prior artistic ability...ANYONE can do touch drawing! All you need is a willingness to be part of our group, although much of the class will include silent introspection.
Touch Drawing begins with a Gathering of seekers, soul cards, and crystals. We begin to call upon our intuitive nature by breathing intentionally together, vocalizing together, and doing a planned movement that connects mind, body, and spirit.
After a quick demonstration by Shannon, we go to our tables and begin the process of touch drawing, taking breaks with Tea.
